I’ve spent over 30 years in human resources and business leadership, working in environments ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small businesses across the country.
About 17 years ago, I made a decision that changed the direction of my career.
I left corporate America.
Not because I couldn’t continue climbing – but because I saw where I could create the most value.
WHY I DO THIS
Small business owners don’t have the same resources as large organizations.
- They don’t have internal legal teams
- They don’t have full HR departments
- And in many cases, they don’t know what they don’t know
What they do have is everything on the line:
- Their livelihood
- Their reputation
- Their people
That’s who I chose to serve.
