Warren is the Strategic Advisor and Managing Member of DemystifyHR and former co-founder of SymbianceHR, SymbianceHiRe & TAHR Services. As a business management consultant with specialized subject matter expertise in Human Resources, he continues to provide strategic leadership in both human capital management and business operations.
Warren is a human resources management subject matter expert with over 28 years of experience as a strategic human resources business partner, project manager, and people leader across private and public sector organizations. In his current role, he leads client advisory engagements to provide clarity and peace of mind to small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Warren has a proven track record of providing executive coaching and guidance to business leaders and human resource professionals at all levels including the C-Suite of Fortune 100 companies, law firms, professional services organizations, academic institutions, and small business leaders. Warren has served on DE SHRM Board of Directors, the Board for the Golden Gate Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and the Salida Community Center BOD.
Warren has dedicated his consulting career to aiding small business owners protect their business and scale their success. Volunteering his time in the local community to help students and veterans, he is always looking for opportunities to share his knowledge for the benefit of others.
Warren holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management, an MBA in Project Management, and a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Warren is the author of “Applicant Interview Preparation – Practical Coaching for Today” and the co-author of “Leading Your International School.”
As a presenter and trainer, Warren has been the lead speaker for the DE SHRM Diversity and Inclusion conference, presented at numerous state and national conferences for SHRM, and delivered workshops and sessions at the national ALA and NAPFA conferences. Further, covering a broad range of HR and Business Leadership topics, Warren has presented to a myriad of associations and organizations during conferences or via webinars and workshops. Warren also enjoys facilitating C-Suite retreats and strategic planning sessions.
Residing in Colorado, when not helping small business owners Warren lives with his amazing wife Jennifer on their ranch, Good Karma Ranch, where he likes to hike, bike, and explore the mountains while caring for their cat, five dogs, pigs, turkeys, chickens, guineas and quail.
